We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns and keeping our brand voice consistent across all channels. Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Support
• Create engaging content for social media, eCommerce, and marketing campaigns
• Manage the Victory Lab online store (Shopify) — product uploads, layout changes, and web banners
• Assist with styling, coordination, and logistics for photo and video shoots
• Support retail marketing, window displays, and campaign implementation
Performance & Coordination
• Track key marketing metrics and assist with competitor and trend analysis
• Fulfil online orders and ensure smooth dispatch processes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documents
Administrative & Executive Assistance
• Provide support to the Marketing Manager and Head of Department
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle general admin
• Draft correspondence and assist with research tasks
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role is preferable
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (meticulous proofreading required)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel)
• Solid understanding of marketing platforms and best practices
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects and prioritize tasks
• Copywriting skills and experience with Shopify are advantageous
